The goods arrived in good condition and the packing was unharmed, well protected by the packing. now they get charged and balanced, the pre balancing was very good , within +- 1mV
The seller's service and support was very good. They have a lot of different cells available. The cells we bought are of high quality and they were shipped very well packed. The cells were shipped in time, however, the import customs clearance took 1 week longer than planned. This would be due to the slowness of the customs.
